Zazzle VS Loki VS Marvel: Settled?

Zazzle: "The term Loki may be used in reference to Norse mythology or Scandinavian mythology, however, no reference to Marvel Comic's Loki may be used." My last reply: Quoting you here. I'm glad it was *finally* acknowledged the distinction between Marvel's Loki and plain myth Loki, which Marvel doesn't own the name to. Now it is apparent: all this over my one Loki design and it being deleted in the first place was over nothing because the design was labeled etc as it being the mythological Loki and not Marvel's Loki whatsoever and didn't reference Marvel's Loki whatsoever. Lost work and lost sales. Work which I need to redo now. Obviously I cannot retrieve the sales that were canceled. I take it the same distinction can be made with my other God items; redoing the whole section of Gods wouldn't have been fun either. I am glad this got settled because granted I want to follow the rules, but the implication that was going on wasn't right either. I just wanted to voice that and make sure who owns what.
